  Initially when this place opened, the food and customer service was superb. The food has stayed consistently good and is a nice change compared to some of the other cuisines in the area. Over the past 2 months, there seems to have been some turnover and the customer service has certainly taken a hit. No more do I feel like a valued customer as I once did.
  
  Most importantly, the food portions for lunch have substantially decreased and the price has slightly increased. Palette used to be absolutely packed from 12n-130pm on a daily basis, and today I was the only person in there getting my small salad w/ chicken bowl. For this reason, I'm out.

  I tried Sev Puri and could not eat even one puri. It tastes like puri stuffed with potato and tamarind sauce stored for a week.When I called them to give a feedback, the staff member replied saying this is how we make it.
  
  I strongly recommend not to try any chat food here, unless you are ready to spoil your taste buds.
