  ZERO Stars......Just waited 'in line' (just me) for almost 5 minutes. Despite making full eye contact (several times each), EVERYONE was too busy to even say hello...much less take my order. Finally, I had to speak up and ask WTF is going on here. Each employee passed me at least once, looked directly at me at least twice AND there's a dude AT the register area...yet absolutely NO darn service. The manager (assistant manager) ran out from the back area, gave everyone the stink eye, genuinely apologized and pleaded to take my order. He insisted on not taking my money, but I told him that it's the lack of service that needs to be addressed. This location "was" one of my favorites (on the east coast) and this failure to represent the brand is shocking. He apologized again and promised to do better next time. I left him a tip for his calmness and genuine demeanor of positive arrogance in assuming that I will return to this location...which I will because of the assistant manager. I wish I had gotten his name. However, this took place at 12:30ish PM today (Saturday, 10-16-2016).
